This afternoon , I listened to a speech about health and life with my students . The topic is " Qigong and Life ." A qigog master taught us how to keep healthy . One of his friends came with him . His name is Kevin . He is from Canada . He shared his experience of learning qigong in Mandarin with us . I was very surprised he spoke Mandarin very fluently . He said he likes Taiwan very much but was allergic to the flowers here in Taiwan . He kept sneezing in spring . The doctor told him that he had to wear a mask or go back to Canada . After he learned qigog , all the syndromes disappeared . The qigog master's kids also studied in our school .
He taught us some simple ways to keep healthy . Just press the points in our body , and we can wake us up or keep refreshed . There is a happy point on our head . Pressing the happy point can cheer us up and keep us in good mood .
