簡化24式太極拳(套路)HD



Tai chi will keep your mind and body healthy . Doing tai chi is not only exercise your body but also ease your mind . I have never learned tai chi , but I know it from watching the TV programs . You can start from imitating it in the video , but I think doing tai chi outside is healthier because you can breathe fresh air at the same time .
